1. I am not going to be a consistent translator.
I will translate whenever I feel like it, if I want to post random pictures on this site or some random thoughts that annoy you, don't read. It's my blog, not a translation site for people to bash, I can do whatever I like.

2. I am not going to replace or compete with Thyaeria.
I don't care what you think, I got tired of trying to sooth your fears. Anyone with brains will deduce that I have zero dedication to this since the only thing I gain from this is thanks which makes me happy and does motivate me. Furthermore, I started at 200 so as to not coincide with Thyaeria to begin with.

3. I am not looking to stir some pot as evident from 1 and 2. I have better things to do in life than to be embroiled in a nonsensical drama I had no intention of starting.

I don't have an obligation to take non-constructive comments.
I will delete negative comments that I don't like.

TDG 201: Cloud Dream World (2/2)

This 0.5 chapter is for those who have and had kind words to say, for those who defended me in the face mass negativity, and for those who voted for me to continue. Your words help me feel better. This chapter is a thank you, from me to you. :)

Before Nie Li's return, they wouldn't dare send people to Glory City. Very quickly, news on the appearance of Xiao Lang's six henchmen spread to Xiao Wu, who then detained them for interrogation.

Xiao Wu felt very confused after listening to their report. Why would Nie Li do all that he did? To search for such a long string, was he getting ready to explore the bottom of that ravine?

At the thought of the dark spring and that deep ravine, they couldn't suppress a shiver. They can only hope that Nie Li is a lucky person with a lucky star, and that he will come back alive. Otherwise, if the people from Glory City investigates their tribe, it will be the end of Sky's Fate Tribe. Because they are certain that Nie Li is an important person to the Mayor of Glory City, who knows, he might even be a son of the mayoral house.

As Nie Li walked along, Yu Yan became emotional. Who would guess that she would be able to return to the human world. Although the Human Race have been massacred by the Demon Beasts to near extinction, but at least the humans weren't completely wiped out.

"Elder Sister Goddess, how many humans clans do you think survived?" Nie Li couldn't help but ask.

"I am not sure either," Yu Yan shakes her head. After a long drawn out God's War, humans managed to continue to thriving in their respective countries, but upon the reemergence of a Spirit God of the Demon Beast Clan, the Human Race will meet an almost certain defeat.

After thinking, Yu Yan commented, "Although the Human Race is disadvantaged in a fight with the Demon Beast Clan, it is still impossible for them to completely wipe us out. There are a few Spirit God lineages that are spread around other dimensions. Although there aren't many humans remaining in the main world due to the war, but the Human Race is in control of quite a few other dimensions. They are thriving in those dimensions, and the Spirit Gods of the Human Race created a very tight barrier, with a precious treasure called the Profound Deep-Purple Bamboo as its center. This barrier has been going on for tens of thousands of years, even if all the Spirit Gods of the Human Race pass away, the Spirit Gods of the Demon Beast Clan will still be unable to dream of breaching into those dimensions."

So it turns out that the Human Race still have control of a few other dimensional worlds.

"Within the human race, the strongest bloodline should be that of the Hun Yuan House. There are uncountable warriors of the Lesser God Rank within that House, and they have a portion of the Profound Deep-Purple Bamboo as their Holy Guardian. The Demon Beast Spirit Gods will all meet their end if they were to force their way in. Although we witnessed the breaking of Hun Yuan Spirit God's Godhood with our own eyes, but the Hun Yuan Spirit God was the most covert existence among the Spirit Gods. He could even be looking for a way to revive himself right now." Goddess Yu Yan said thoughtfully.

"Can we enter those other dimensional worlds?' Nie Li quietly asks Goddess Yu Yan.

"Yes, as long as you can find the Cloud Dream Stone and use it to create a Transdimensional Technique to enter the Cloud Dream World. That world is a very independent and complete world, it is very difficult for Demon Beasts to enter. Flowers bloom all season, it is very prosperous and fertile. The only thing about it, is that it is slightly smaller than the main world." answers Yu Yan. As for the Transdimensional Technique to enter the Cloud Dream World, only an extremely small number of the human race Spirit Gods knew, and Goddess Yu Yan was one of them.

A dimensional world controlled by the Human Race is definitely safer than this main world. Also, it is would be more suitable for the human race to live in compared to the Dark Prison World.

It would be much safer if he could move the entire Glory City to Cloud Dream World.

With that thought in his heart, he asks "Where can we find Cloud Dream Stones?"

"To cut off the connection between Cloud Dream World and the main world, the Spirit Gods of the Demon Beast race has already plundered most of the Cloud Dream Stones. Although they have placed an illusion using inscription Techniques, but no one knows when those demons beasts will see through the deception.

"En." nods Nie Li. After appearing at the bazaar to show his face, he quietly leaves.

Sky's Fate Tribe Bazaar : wanted to name it Fair instead of Bazaar but thought that Sky's Fate Tribe Fair would be a little confusing as there could be multiple meanings.

Profound Deep-Purple Bamboo : direct translation - Purple Black-Bamboo or Purple Profound/Mysterious-Bamboo.

Still debating: House vs Family, Technique vs Array (arrays feels so CS to me - I took a CS class before. Would most people get the idea of an Array?)

Thoughts 01

Oh wow... I didn't expect there to be so many comments on how there is already an active translator for TDG. My apologies. I was not aware that there is some sort of translation etiquette. I just like the story and I figured since it is now being translated around ~110, I could provide something like a spoiler for those who would like to jump ahead.

UPDATE 01: I talked to Thyaeria, and he would like to keep TDG as a personal project so there will be no collaboration on TDG.

TDG 201: Cloud Dream World (1/2)

Does Nie Li seem like someone who needs a patron? Yu Yan understood that Nie Li was just joking, because between the both of them, the dominant figure is definitely not her. It is she who is being helped by Nie Li! Simply based on the fact that Nie Li could comprehend two types of Code powers show that within the next few months, his training will advance at a startling speed. Perhaps he will even reach Legendary Rank very quickly.

"I will still return today's favor. What do we need to do next to hide my presence and leave this place?" asks Yu Yan as she looks at Nie Li. She can now move her body naturally, and the surrounding Fire Code energy has also been almost completely absorbed by her.

Just as Nie Li said, she would need to travel in order to absorb more energy of the Code of the Fire to revert to her peak condition.

"To leave this place Elder Sister Goddess, you will need to follow my plan," Nie Li said with a smile, "Otherwise, your presence will be felt, and I will be in trouble!"

"I understand, the Demon Beast race has a strong person who wield a Code power. I must hide my presence, otherwise there is only death at the end of this road. As long as your plan is good, I will follow you." Yu Yan nodded. To recover her strength, she will have to be inconvenienced for the greater good.

"I will cover your body in inscriptions from the Code of Darkness, and thus hide your presence. Elder Sister Goddess will need to be inconvenienced, please shrink your physical body as much as possible. I will need to hide you in my sleeve. Apart from that, you will need to place your clothes, and anything you have used into a pile. Then, use the energy from your Code of Fire to create an inscription Technique to emulate your presence. Those spirit beasts will think that you are still bound within here. I will show you how to craft the inscription Technique." Nie Li replied.

Yu Yan nods as she understood Nie Li's plans.

Yu Yu started getting busy, her tiny body flying non-stop. Although her size is small, but her speed and efficiency is considerably high.

Within the center of Yu Yan's inscription technique, the shadow of a figure slowly formed, and quietly stood up. This figure looked exactly like Yu Yan. Of course, this is just an illusion.

After everything was put into place, Nie Li looked towards Yu Yan, "Yu Yan, try becoming as small as possible."

Yu Yan glanced at Nie Li's sleeves, and couldn't help but feel awkward. Even if she could shrink herself to 1 "chi", the space within Nie Li's sleeves would still be too tight. However, she didn't have any other choice, and could only go with this method.

For the future of the Human Race, she must not worry about small issues like this. Her figure slowly shrunk to 1 "chi", transformed into a ray of light, and entered Nie Li's sleeve.

The space within Nie Li's sleeve was really too tight, Yu Yan filled up the entire sleeve to the point where even small movements were extremely difficult. Yu Yan uncomfortably twisted her body. Nie Li's arm was like a giant pole that blocked her view. Her body could only stick tightly to his arm.

"Elder Sister Goddess, don't simply move!" Nie Li smiled with difficulty. The sleeve was truly quite tight, but they really had no choice, because he was only able to exert a stable control over the Darkness Code's power near his palm.

Nie Li started to urge the power of the the Dark inscription technique. Slowly, dark inscriptions appeared around Yu Yan's body.

Yu Yan could feel that her presence was indeed covered by Nie Li's Dark inscription technique. It never crossed her mind that Nie Li could utilize the Code of Darkness in such a well-practiced manner considering he just comprehended it. Within her heart, Yu Yan is now extremely curious as to Nie Li's background.

Nie Li doesn't know Yu Yan's thoughts, all he knows he that an odd sensation is coming from his arm. He could feel the smooth and soft skin, and the shapely figure of Goddess Yu Yan,  it is an enticing excitement. He gave a forced smile, even in his past life, he never went through such an odd situation.

Before entering this place, he was still wondering what treasures were hidden here. Who knows, maybe there were legendary items here. However, he never guessed that this place was hiding a Goddess. He didn't manage to find any treasures, but he managed to bring a Goddess home. Fate is a mysterious thing.

Although the area around the sleeve was quite tight, but from the outside, nothing odd can be felt.

"Let's go." Nie Li says to Yu Yan who is in his sleeve. He then takes the same path back.

After exiting the quiet, dark caves, when they looked down into the ravine below, it appeared bottomless, a completely darkness. According to Goddess Yu Yan, within this ravine, two Legendary Ranked Demon Beasts are hidden, he must be infinitely careful in hiding the presence of Goddess Yu Yan.

As Nie Li was climbing up the cliff, beastial roars would drift up from the ravine below. These intimidating roars were probably from enormous demon beasts. It made one's heart pound. Luckily, these beasts were hiding within the ravine, if they appeared, based on Nie Li's currently capabilities, he truly isn't their match.

At this moment, even Goddess Yu Yan started becoming extremely careful, and tried her absolute best to withdraw her presence.

Nie Li very quickly climbed to the top of the cliff. He brushed off the dirt on his person. Although it was dangerous to enter the dark spring, the rewards this time are still quite handsome. He starts walking towards the Sky's Fate Tribe. At first, Nie Li thought that he would be able to find the treasure within the dark spring in a day, however, he never thought that he would meet Yu Yan there and delay his plans by so much.

Sky's Fate Tribe. Xiao Huang and his companions waited a long time for Nie Li to return. They thought that Nie Li passed away within the dark spring, so they returned to their tribe.

When Xiao Wu heard that Nie Li never came back, he felt helpless. Nie Li died within the dark spring. If the Mayor of Glory City finds out, would they destroy Sky's Fate Tribe?

Note:

Frankly, I think Glory City should be renamed Radiance City. In Mandarin, it can be either meaning. However, I feel that the city's goal is not glory but rather to be a light for the Human Race in darkness. A hope. I will stick to Glory City for now though... just to make it easier for readers.

Since this is new to me, I do not have an update schedule. I will translate quickly if lots of people enjoy reading. So please tell me if you do. :)

Otherwise, I will do this leisurely, which is fine too considering I am starting quite far back. If you would like to request any other chapters, please let me know too.

TDG 200: Patron (2/2)

The beginning of the scene showed an incandescent shooting star crossing the sky, it's fiery tail like wings. Yu Yan was curled up within the shooting star. This gloriously dazzling shooting star fell to the earth and formed a large crater.

A young couple walked over and picked up Yu Yan from the deep crater.

"What should we name her?" asked the young wife.

"Feathers in flight; falling flames. Let's name her feather flames, Yu Yan!" said the young husband after thinking about it.

"Yes, let's name her Yu Yan"

"Little Yu Yan, you must grow up quickly!"

Under the care of the young couple, Yu Yan grew up.

These Ideas flowed into Nie Li's mind, and he frowned in confusion. Yu Yan come to this world upon a shooting star. He was curious as to what is Yu Yan's true background and identity?

Nie Li could feel that apart from the rebuilt inscriptions, there were 5 rays of special golden light within Yu Yan's body. These 5 golden rays of light were appearing and disappearing, suspended within the inscriptions. Nie Li tried to get closer with his Idea, but suddenly those 5 rays of light became blindingly bright.

Nie Li felt a sharp pain within the sea of his spirit, and immediately retracted his Idea.

Nie Li gained a little understanding. These 5 rays of light, is Goddess Yu Yan's true foundation of life. As long as these 5 rays of light remain, no matter how broken her Godhood is, even if her Code is taken, she won't experience true death. Because these 5 rays of light, has a much deeper meaning than even the Code of Fire.

Nie Li faintly feel that there is an extremely large secret hidden behind Goddess Yu Yan's identity.

"Let's first help you revive your godly body." Nie Li thought about it and decided that these secrets are something that he can't get near to and explain as of right now.

Hong! Hong! Hong!

Again and again, Nie Li inserted lines of Fire Code inscriptions into Yu Yan's godly body. The inscriptions within her were being completed. Finally, it entered a perfect state, and started working like a Technique. The Code of Fire's energy element around her started frantically entering her body.

Nie Li let out a long breath. Due to helping Goddess Yu Yan rebuild the inscriptions, the Code's energy within the sea of his spirit was almost depleted. He was panting from the exhaustion.

Now it's finally done. Nie Li saw that Yu Yan's godly body started to shine even more. That bright smooth skin, looked like the most beautiful jade on earth, shimmering like water. Those surprising lines, the long sleek legs, and the prideful curve of the shoulders and behind, there was no where that wasn't enticing.

Above the dark spring, the Idea of Goddess Yu Yan opened her eyes, and gave a disbelieving look. "I can't believe that he actually did it!" she muttered.

Rebuilding a godly body, even the strongest Spirit Gods of the past could not do it, but Nie Li actually succeeded.

Yu Yan could not find words to describe this situation.

Within the dark spring, the Yu Yan within the fire ball started moving upwards. At that very moment, the godly body was so dignified, that it would cause all mortals to dare not have anything other than a pure heart. Her eyes were tightly closed, and as she slowly floated upwards, that exquisite body seemed like a dancing swan, she brightened her surroundings with her presence.

Yu Yan then completely fused with her Idea as she reached the top of the dark spring. Finally, she opened her eyes.

Regardless, her body hasn't changed and she was around 2 "chi" tall,  she was a cute pocket-size. After opening her eyes, she immediately created silken clothes for herself, and hid her secret places. But her clothing was shimmering sheer, and gave out a life threatening sensuality.

Nie Lie floated to the top of the water and got onto the banks.

"Nie Li, thank you for helping me recover my godly body. This stage of recovery is much better than I thought." Yu Yan said while looking at Nie Li, her voice very warm and soft, causing those to hear it to feel their hearts warm up. (the original: those who hear it to feel their bones soften)

"You are welcome." Nie Lie smiled. He stretched. He could not deny that after continuously inserting inscriptions into Yu Yan's body, he is quite tired, and is starting to feel sleepy.

Yu Yan was silent. Considering she just recovered her godly body, there seemed to be nothing that she could give as a gift to Nie Li as thanks. After thinking, she said "I owe you a favor, if there is anything you need help with in the future, just ask!"

Nie Li smiled, "Elder Sister Goddess is so kind, then thank you. With a Goddess as a patron, us mortals can now walk with our heads held high!"

Yu Yan couldn't help but smile.

TDG 200: Patron (1/2)

"If I continuously use the energy from the Code to train my body, within 3 months my physical body might reach the Legendary Rank." Nie Li thought to himself. With a stronger physical body, survival would not be a problem. Just like Duan Jian, nothing can cut his dragon-lineage physique.

After closing his senses and training intently for a period of time, then only did Nie Li open his eyes.

Yu Yan had nothing to add to Nie Li's training speed. Nie Li's comprehension towards the Code's power seems to have surpassed hers.

"Nie Li, the method to recreate a godly-body that you spoke of, how is it achieved?" Yu Yan ultimately asks.

Nie Li eyed Yu Yan. Yu Yuan is finally willing to believe in him. He laughs lightly, "The basic foundations of a Code's power are inscriptions. Understanding the Code's power is equivalent to understanding a system of inscriptions. The breaking of your Godhood, is similar to having the rules of the inscriptions dispersed. All I need to do is rebuild the rules of the inscriptions, then your godly body will slowly strengthen. The of energy of the Code of Fire within the world will then start entering your godly body again."

Yan Yu seems to have partially understood, but she also couldn't understand certain parts. How can the fundamentals of the Code's power be some inscriptions?

Nie Lie didn't feel like explaining more, and voiced "It is enough as long as you know that I can recreate your godly body."

"To recreate my godly body, you will have to place inscriptions into my body?" Yu Yan asks after a silently thinking for a bit.

"That's right." Nie Li nods.

"Okay, I will give it a try." Yu Yan replies.

"After helping you rebuild the inscriptions in your body, the energy from the Code of Fire within this world will naturally flow towards you, but the area is comparatively small. If you continue staying in this dark spring, the energy of the Fire Code in this area will be depleted, and the rebuilding of your godly body will be extremely slow. However, if you travel, and absorb the Fire Code's energy everywhere, the speed will be much faster."

Yu Yan frowns, "Once I leave the dark spring, the two peak-strength Legendary Demon Beasts will sense it. With my current abilities, I can't fight them! Even if you help me rebuild my godly body, my abilities will only be around the Legendary Rank for now."

"It's not difficult to leave here." Nie Li laughs lightly, starting to scheme within his heart. Although this Goddess Yu Yan has lived for over tens of thousands of years, but she has always been immersed in her training, she is more naive. Even if the rebuilding of the godly body can only help her achieve Legendary Rank, but she would still be a person of Legendary Rank! If he can bring Goddess Yu Yan along, at least it will be an addition of a Legendary Rank fighter.

Although she felt a little gloomy due to the fact that Nie Li would see her entire figure, but compared to gaining a new life again, that's not important. As long as she can live again, then the Human Race will have a sliver of hope to survive.

"Okay, I'll go down now." Nie Li dives into the dark spring.

He kept swimming towards the deepest part of the spring, until he reached the side of the bright fire ball. He looked inside, and saw a tiny godly body lying inside that fire ball. Although the body is very small, it is extremely exquisite. Even so, Nie Li didn't dwell on it, and started gathering lines of inscriptions in his palm.

The lines of inscriptions seemed to be evolving within his palms. Nie Li then gently covered Yu Yan's godly body to sense the make up of the inscriptions within her. Although Yu Yan's body is extremely small and both Nie Li's hands are able to cover more than half of her, but from his palms, the soft and smooth feel of her skin, and her exquisite curves can be felt. Nie Li couldn't help but feel a little awkward in that situation.

After all, Yu Yan is not clothed right now. 

After calming his emotions, Nie Li urged the inscriptions into her.

Hong!

A line of inscriptions enters Yu Yan's godly body.

This line of inscriptions quickly fused into Yu Yan's godly body, as though it was natural.

The Yu Yan hovering above the dark spring suddenly opened her eyes. Although it was just a spiritual form, but she could still feel reactions from her godly body. A strong stream of energy flowed from her chest and abdomen, and within moments,  it filled up her body, giving her an odd sensation.

"En." It was difficult for her to endure that aching and numbing feel.

Just as Nie Li placed the inscriptions into her, Yu Yuan's body starts swaying.

"This scene is life threatening." Nie Li couldn't help but think. If it weren't for the fact that her body was as small as a baby's, Yu Yan could definitely be one of those beauties who can destroy a country and a city.

Hong!

Nie Li once again injects the second part of the inscriptions, and tried to sense the changes within Yu Yan. Suddenly, Nie Li felt pulses of Idea flooding his mind. Many scenes flashed.

That's.... The memories hidden within Goddess Yu Yan's Idea?

Technique = a formation of inscriptions with a purpose, a system of inscriptions

Code of  "    "  =  once a person understands the rules/system/law/code of a certain element, they have control over it and said element gives them energy/power. The better their comprehension, the quicker their advancement. It's like a codex basically, I couldn't decide which word to use. "the Law", "the Rules" both sound odd, so I settled for "the Code."
